What is Swiss Hire Kit?
A self-guided application kit with illustrated lessons, guided document preparation in four languages, formatted PDF and Word files, and salary preparation.
You prepare, check and send your own application. Personal HR review, automatic AI writing, individual translation and legal or immigration advice are not included.
Where do the materials come from?
The original illustrated lessons were prepared with HR specialists familiar with the Swiss job market and RAV practice. The reader preserves those explanations and illustrations, plus the two original German Word examples.
The practical worksheets, worked cases and software were added later. They are editorial and software additions and have not been presented as a new review by the original HR authors. Original provenance does not make every older recommendation a current rule: follow the vacancy instructions and check current official requirements for your circumstances.
The public interviews and expert contributions retain their original quotations and portraits. The working checklist and its PDF are later additions, not a recovered original PDF.

You do not need to upload documents to read the lessons. Your entries, chosen layout and optional photo are saved in this browser. When you download a formatted PDF or Word file, the document data is sent to the export service to create the file in memory; it is not retained or sent to an AI service. You can clear saved entries in the workspace or delete this website’s data in your browser settings.
Your salary comparison
The free salary overview sends the selected profession and displayed common assumptions through our server to the Federal Statistical Office model. The detailed comparison uses the profile fields you choose. Your target salary stays in your browser. The server does not store your personal profile; public category availability may be cached. See the salary methodology for the data source and assumptions.

Your details, drafts and uploaded files are saved in this browser until you clear them. Creating PDF, Word or ZIP files temporarily sends the necessary data and files to this site’s service. It creates the download without retaining them or sending them to AI.
Your preferences and cart
Your browser remembers your selected language, cart and checklist progress so you can continue where you left off. These contain product choices and ticked checklist items, not the contents of your documents. Clear the cart using its Remove buttons, reset the checklist with Reset checklist, or delete site data in your browser settings.
Checkout and support
Entering an email address in the checkout form does not subscribe you to marketing. While payments are unavailable, the form does not submit or retain your email address.
If you email info@swisshirekit.com, your email address and the information you send are used to handle your enquiry. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. For a question about your information or a deletion request, contact the same address.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Links to official sources open third-party websites, whose own privacy policies apply. Files you download and text you copy stay under your control; review personal information before sharing an application.
